Q: How much will the freight cost?
A: We use UPS and USPS for shipping depending on
the address that the package is going to. The
cost for shipping orders is based on the total
weight of the package. Actual freight costs will
be calculated at the checkout.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders of inventoried items will ship within
2 business days of receipt of order.
For all other merchandise, orders will be
shipped within 10-14 business days of the order
being placed. Shipping can take an additional 1
to 5 days depending on which item(s) have
ordered.
All orders are shipped standard Ground service.

Q: What is included in shipping and handling?
A: Packages are shipped via UPS ground to ensure
that we can track all packages. When delivering
to a combination of homes and larger offices,
packages often go astray and are not received by
the person who ordered them. UPS allows us to
make sure we know when the package was delivered
and who signed for it.
Also, with home delivery, USPS is more flexible
is leaving your package with a neighbor or in a
safe place at your residence, no matter what the
size of the package.

Q: Why are there minimum numbers on certain
items to order?
A: Certain manufacturers have put minimum
numbers on orders placed because production of
certain items can be costly. The manufacturer
must set up the machinery, ink, screens, etc.
before they can start printing. The more
t-shirts you screen-print at one time, the less
the cost to the company and the consumer. It's
no different than how you do your laundry. You
usually do a full load at one time because it's
the most efficient use of resources, i.e. water,
detergent, time.

Q: What is the return policy?
A: Any defective merchandise, inventoried
merchandise or items that are not shipped as
ordered will be returned or replaced with no
re-stocking fee. All specially ordered item
sales are final and are non-returnable.

Q: How do I know what size I should order?
A: Size charts are included on many of the
apparel items that are featured on our website.
